GRAHAM BILLER
Partner, Client/Operations Lead

MBED launched in the summer of ‘12, shortly after Graham wrote a book on how brands should best leverage YouTube video advertising. This project led him to recognize a gap in the market for a Strategy-first, “boutique” consultancy.

Early-stage projects for JanSport, New Relic, and RelayRides (now Turo), in tandem with creative partners Teak and WEREHAUS, quickly turned MBED into a reality. Today, Graham heads up all day-to-day operations and works closely with clients and creative partners to ensure shared goals are achieved.

SHELDON FRANK
Sr. Analyst/Strategist

Sheldon joined the MBED team in Spring ‘15 after holding various positions in Media Buying and Digital Ad Effectiveness Research at organizations such as Millward Brown Digital

Sheldon brings a unique perspective of the media landscape to day-to-day campaign operations, contributing to media strategy, campaign management, and analytics/reporting. Sheldon focuses on outdoor and retail clients such as JanSport, Trek Travel, and Outdoor Research.

MARCELLA CASTRO
Sr. Campaign Manager

Marcella joined MBED in Fall ‘16 after earning a graduate degree in Production from the Academy of Art University.

She supports the team in the design and implementation of media strategies, campaign optimizations, and reporting to ensure that project deliverables and deadlines are met. Since joining MBED, she’s contributed to campaigns on behalf of Cord Blood Registry, The Curran, and JanSport.

AISHA FARIA
Campaign Manager

Aisha joined the MBED team in Summer ’20 shortly after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with highest distinction in general scholarship. Her past experience includes work for Apple and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (of which she is extremely passionate).

Aisha brings a fresh, creative outlook to everyday projects, and contributes to copywriting and campaign optimization. Since joining MBED, she supports marketing efforts for clients such as Fat and the Moon, Crowdbotics, and Windfall.

ANUSHKA SHAH
Campaign Manager

Anushka supports the team by assisting in creative copywriting, digital and content strategy, reporting, and campaign optimization tasks.

Since joining MBED in ‘19, she has worked with clients including Forge, Fat and the Moon, and California Cowboy, helping ensure they reach their short- and long-term goals. Anushka is also pursuing her MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Management.

CORY PIETRUSZKA
Junior Creative

Cory joined MBED in Summer ‘21 while studying Graphic Design at the University of San Francisco. Through his skills in UX design, video editing, ad creation, and branding, he helps the team deliver on creative requests for clients such as Rebelstork, Urolift and California Cowboy.

CHRIS MCKAY
Sr. Analyst/Strategist

Chris is a dynamic and versatile marketing professional with over 12 years experience in the tech, entertainment, and ecommerce industries. Chris supports MBED clients in executing growth strategies, overseeing campaign management, suggesting and implementing web optimizations, conversion, and retention improvements, copywriting, and analytics/ reporting.

ROB MAYERLE
Sr. Analyst/Strategist

Rob joined the MBED team in Fall ‘22 after a decade of agency and in-house experience, including work with Google and other Fortune 500 companies. Rob supports MBED by executing growth strategies and improving campaign performance by way of in-depth data analysis and conversion rate optimization across digital channels.

GARRETT RAGLAND
Digital Strategist

With a background in real estate, ecommerce, and solar, Garrett brings a diverse skill set to his role as Digital Strategist at MBED. He helps clients execute growth strategies, manage campaigns, optimize websites, write strategic copy, and analyze data to drive success.
